  : Very, very noisy .If you travel with children, stay away beceause they will not be able to sleep and so do you. There is a night bar in front of the appartement and people drink and smoke on street. After 3 AM , drank people screaming and loughing constantly. After 4AM there is the garbage take out.The noise drives you craisy. Location is perfect for those who want to go out.

  : very little to zero hot water (only 2 people can take a normal shower as afterwards its cold)

  : very cold and specially the floor heating wasnt workingvery noisy and the windows insulation didnt stop the street life from coming through

  : Very convenient location right in the center if Madrid. Many historical sights in walking distance. The appartment is in a street with many bars and clubs, so its really crowded at nights. It is well isolated though - there was no noise bothering at nights.
  : Broken aircon, which even after reparation didnt work fine. Especially the smaller bedroom was like a sauna. Many smaller things not working - like the door to the small bathroom which doesnt close. The place needs some maintenance in general. The most disappointing experience was the situation with the crib for our baby. We requested it well in advance and were not told its going to be an issue. After insisting the crib was made available and was ready when we arrived, but was broken and with no mattres. The customer service staff gave us an advice to use a blanket instead, which is of course not safe nor comfortable for a baby. After another round of calls the mattres was finally delivered, but come on, one would expect this automatically when a place offers the possibility of having a crib. If they have issues to deliver such service, it shouldnt be in the appartment description. Thanks god all the other beds had a mattreses already when we arrived :D :P
