  : Location was great
  : Hand over of keys and meeting instructions were poor, the girl was rude, she knew our arrival time at Madrid main train station but only allowed us 30 minutes from arrival to get to the appartement and having never used the Madrid metro system before, this was impossible. When the 30 minutes were up, she started constantly ringing us, telling us she had other people to meet and we we causing a delay, even though she had set our arrival time without consulting us or allowing for the fact that this was our first time and we didn't know the city. We were then wandering around the street for 10 minutes trying to find the appartement as there was no street number given on the check in instructions. When we finally arrived, she took us to the appartement, took our credit card details and passport details and left, no instructions, no help, no information. Appartement sleeps 4 people but there are not enough cups/plates etc for 4 people.

  : Sofa in living room heavily worn, additional extra bedding stained too (need to change) is not comfortable when you preparing bed for sleep

  : It had a very homely feel. The apartment was located in the center of Madrid. Everything was a walk away. The owner was kind and helpful. The room was comfortable. Everything that a apartment needs is provided here.
  : The room was a bit dusty so you have to mop up the place. There is no cleaning service during your stay so you have to take care of that on your own. The room was not as big as in the pictures but still a beautiful apartment!

  : Great location, good layout, modern furnishings. The hosts were responsive.
  : Armchair is dirty. One of the kitchen chairs is broken. WiFi is working poorly. The late check-in fee is way too high.

  : The apartment is cozy and pretty. It has everything we need. We did have to buy paper towels to for cleaning up, but it is ok. It is centrally locates. We literally walked everywhere. The staff is very nice. We arrived early and they let up put down the bags in the apartment early.
  : The apartment is smaller than I expected. It would be perfect for a couple though. (We had little kids and it was a bit cramped for us).
