  : Location is great. The apartment itself is clean.
  : The sheets had spots & hair on them. Need new pillows & pillow cases. Bed sheets don't fit properly.All windows lead to a shaft. No views of the street or backyard. The terrace is not clean and not for enjoyment, it's probably useful for drying clothes. No view of any kind.

  : The position is a huge strength - literally in the center of Madrid. We were even able to get back to the apartment to drop our shopping during the day because it is so well connected. The kitchen is well equipped even if we didn't use it and overall clean! Loved the 2 bathrooms which is perfect for group of over 4 people.
  : The flip side of staying in the center is that during the weekend at night the street is very noisy, so if you are a light sleeper (which I am) it could be a little difficult to fall asleep. Earplugs helped a lot though. Another thing to notice is that I slept on the sofa bed and it was uncomfortable, too hard.

  : - Accommodated an early check-in.- Late checkout free of charge.- Friendly care taker.- Location was perfect 10/10.- Apartment brand new 10/10.
  : - On arrival we were made sign a contract & then asked for a deposit of 200 euro. There was no sign of this on booking.com & when I pushed about it I was told that it was a recent change due to previous guests damaging property. On the actual contract it referenced a deposit but it had 0.00 euro on it. I was told it was a mistake but it still made me feel somewhat uneasy as technically there was no proof I was paying a deposit. (I understand why someone would ask for a deposit, but please advertise it so people know what to expect & amend your contracts). However, there was little or no choice, either pay the deposit or we couldn't stay in the apartment & lose our money we paid on Booking.com.- Ants in the kitchen ( I sent the videos to the company & it was resolved the next day which was fine)- One towel per person & tiny bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. We stayed for 8 days & we expected a couple of extra towels, shampoo etc.- Deposit still hasn't been returned to my bank account after nearly 2 weeks. This has been a major issue & why I feel like I would not book again with this company. 2 days after checkout I asked about my deposit & was informed that the refund to my card wasn't working & that they needed my IBAN. I was slightly annoyed at this as I had to reach out to them to find this out. Then I supplied them with my IBAN & waited a few days. Still nothing. I contacted them & was told that I needed to supply a Swift code as it was an international transfer. Again, I was quite annoyed that they hadn't reached out to tell me this & expressed it via WhatsApp ( all communication took place through WhatsApp ) & was ignored for a day. Eventually they sent me through proof of the transfer nearly 2 weeks after checkout. I really didn't appreciate having to hound the company to pay back a deposit that I never knew I was going to have to pay.
