  : We stayed for a week with our family (two children aged 5 and 3) in the apartment and had a great time. The apartment is nice and the neighborhood is fantastic. The host was very helpful and walked the extra mile to make the best of our time in Madrid.

  : Nothing, please don't stay at this apartment if you want to stay safe and healthy
  : I'm frustrated to say the least about the accommodation provided to me. It was nothing like what I had expected.Here are just a few out of many disappointing issues:1. The place was dirty. The bed sheets had hairs and stains all over them, and the bathroom was equally repulsive with hairs scattered all around. The mattress had stains on it, which made it impossible to get any sleep.2. Extremely cold in the apartment. Even though the air conditioners were set at 30 degrees Celsius all evening and night long, the room was ice-cold, and the floor was freezing all over the place (bathroom didnt have any heating at all). We couldn't sleep at night, and next day my husband got a cold. Our weekend was completely ruined.3. We had a problem with the hot water supply in the bathroom. Even though 2 out of 3 guests had taken short showers, there was no hot water left for 3rd guest. Just imagine cold shower with no heating in the bathroom, in winter, at the ground floor of the building..4. The check-in process was terrible. We had to go through a quiz-like process at late night before she let us in. And to top it off, we weren't given clear instructions on where to find the basics such as bed linen, towels, wi-fi. There were no even simple soap in the apartment to wash hands, considering we checked in late at night after long travel - we just couldn't get it from anywhere.. not saying about absence of shower gel or shampoo which was not even surprising after all).5. Tone of the host. She simply didnt beleive that it was cold in the apartment :) she advised "to decrease temperature from 30 to 26 degrees max and everything should be fine", don't ask me why it should sound rationale.. And of course she refused to refund when we left apartment after 1st night (we paid for 4 nights, and had to pay again for the another hotel)6.

  : When we first got there they let us in remotely,I didnt have a signal on my phone so I had to keep walking out of the building texting then walk back in to be at the door and the water pipes are quite noisy

  : Comfortable bed and the location.
  : The key did not open the building door (it was notCut correctly) we were locked out out for a while until a resident let us in! Later we were given an entry code but you MUST use your smart phone for this and use your own international data plan (not the wifi because its outside) BE WARNED! The shower attachment was broken and you had to manually hold it over your head (if you didnt want to use the rain shower - as I didnt, because there was no shower cap). The hot water was limited - it must run from a stored water tank and maybe it ran out? The toaster did not work automatically, you had to hold the lever down for several minutes until it was toasted.

  : A quiet location, central!? Good bud and metro !
  : The first entry into the building was very frustrating, couldnt open the front gate !? All from remote access!?Plus the manual key entry via the front gate, again frustrating as the key needed to be positioned in a peculiar way!? !? Many many attempts until you figure it out!? Good luck!? A few instructions on how to operate the tv and the wifi would help!?

  : Great space and location.
  : The check-in process was awful. We had to stay in front of the apartment in the heated sun, waiting for someone to open the door. The contact with the company was super bad. They promised to request a refund as a form of compensation for the waiting, but nothing happened. So if you want to stay here, be careful for the same not to happen to you.

  : The television doesn't work, the sofa is super old and not comfortable.The hot water in the shower runs out quickly, so BE CAREFUL when washing your hair.The pans were dirty and the knives were not sharp.The owner was not interested in fixing the television when I spoke to her, I stayed for 3 days and I never saw her and no one came to fix the television.I don't recommend this flat to anyone.
