  : I wasn't on the bottom floor.No noticeable bad smells.Ice machine on same floor as room.Small refrigerator in room large enough to chill champagne.Good recommended bar-b-que restaurant within walking distance.Shipley's Donuts short walk down the street if you don't like the hotel breakfast.
  : Not Impressed with this hotel or the expense over other hotels in the area. AT ALL.Quality Inn next door is just as nice and WAY cheaper. and they have a GOOD breakfast.There was no way to take a bath. No stopper for tub!? I had to go buy one!!!!! They didn't even offer to go do it!Oh, and after all that, working so hard to get a stopper, the hot water was only tepid (not even lukewarm).Pillows SUCK! They are the size of a throw pillow. What's up with that?! Cheap!Juice seemed watered down at breakfast. Waffles were good. Coffee was acceptable.Requested a late check out. Unpleasant Front Desk Lady came to my door at 11, woke me up to say I needed to leave. When I explained not only had I requested a late checkout at booking on Booking.com, but I asked for confirmation from the person who checked me in if they showed I had a late checkout. Poor communication and rude!The elevator made a horrible noise and I was afraid I was going to be stuck. All in all, I say stay somewhere else, you'll be much happier! Next time, I want a special time with a special someone, I'll try Woodbine Inn. I paid about $20 more than they advertised on their BW site booking thru Booking.com too. Lesson learned.I'll not stay here again. Very disappointed.

  : The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.
  : The TV didn't have a picture. There were bad storms and we were told that was the reason. Our window leaked and we lost power for half the night. No breakfast even after the power came back on.

  : Desk clerk announced my room number outloud while there was other people in the lobby. Safety concern! Also, I checked out early. Clerk was in the dining room sitting at a table, eating I presume, and did not bother to come to the lobby area to speak with me. Instead, she had to raise her voice so I could hear her from where she sat. Not good customer service!

  : I LOVED the breakfast and the pool and the front desk staff. Almost everything was pretty pleasant.
  : Being notified that the hotub was broken. The hotub was one of the main things I went for besides the pool and I would have loved to be notified about it prior. And while we were at said pool we came back to our room not even half an hour later and the cleaning staff was in our room cleaning! With our stuff still on the ground and the bed, nothing was stolen or missing and they were pretty polite and quick about it but still.
