  : Stayed for one night and paid in full prior to arriving. Checked in around 11:00 due to a late flight and checked out before 9:00 AM trying to get sleep and foregoing a shower in the morning. A week later I discover a charge for $50 for two stolen towels at $25/each. During a phone conversation the manager claimed he was unable to access the housekeeper's logs from weeks ago and wants to talk to them to confirm what they know (...about two towels from over a week ago). Asked if the best course of action was to dispute the charge with my credit card company and write a bad review online. The manger said yes, so here we are. Otherwise the stay was exactly as you would expect.

  : The staff to check in was nice, even let us get some breakfast when we arrived. Really hard working guy, worked all the way through the weekend. The price was very affordable. Easy walk to our room. Breakfast was solid.
  : The drain for the tub in room 223 hardly drains. When you take a shower, the water backs up. I found an old string necklace on the floor, was not vacuumed under the bed whatsoever. When you shower, the floors always get wet. I laid down 11 AM and someone was trying to enter my room at 1 PM even though my room had already been prepped and woke us up out of a dead sleep, that happened twice but had the room deadbolted. Air quality also could of been better in the room overall but for the price, it is what it is.

  : Bed was comfy, but not a good comforter.
  : Pool was out of service the 2 days I was there, but looks like it's been down for weeks and staff said it wouldn't be done for over a week more.
