  : The room was pretty nice. Had 2 tvs. The housekeepers even though they couldn't speak much English, they were very polite. The front desk was very polite also. The pool area was heated and they had towels. Had a whirlpool. The pool was only 5ft. Deep so ideal for my children.
  : The wifi was glitchey even after we called. The deadbolt wouldn't lock. The remote for 1 TV was broke but we're able to use the other tvs because it worked for both. The air conditioner when it kicked on was very loud. The bathroom shelves looked like they haven't been dusted in a while. The tub was rusted, didn't want to put kids in it. The one bed was off of the frame when we arrived. Leaving 3 prong things out until we fixed it after my child got caught on one. I also got charged $50 more than I got quoted. When I texted the number they told me to if there were any issues, I got not a single response. I texted multiple times.

  : The size of the room was good and I liked that the pool was open late.
  : Our first room was not clean. The floor felt sticky. The pull out bed sheets had clearly not been changed. The clock was missing from the bedside table. It just seemed like it was not put together at all.The front desk person switched us to a different room, which we appreciated, but the room was still not as clean as I would have liked. By this point it was already close to 9:30 at night and I didn't want to try a third time. We just made the best of it as it was only going to be for one night.
