  : Staff and being close to restaurants. The mall was not faraway
  : Could not get into room 231. Had to go to the office and wait for staff assistance. Staff could not get in either. Had to be moved to another building. Room 217 had a dirty refrigerator, sink, bathroom- floor, tub, and toilet, along with noisy residents and dogs barking.

  : It was utterly disgusting. All the linen was filthy. The room had a terrible funk. There was blood on the bathroom door. Cigarette holes in the bed spreads and curtains.

  : The first room they put me in didn't have any air conditioning! They switched my room and that one had air conditioning. I was so hot and exhausted I immediately fell asleep. When I woke up I went to the bathroom and then I noticed there was a HUGE hole in the bathroom door! It was super late and I knew they didn't have anymore rooms left so I figured I would just leave in the morning and NEVER go back! I then proceeded to go back to bed but when I rolled back the blanket I noticed there was old blood stains on the blanket! I threw the blanket on the floor and tried to finish sleeping with just the top sheet. I was asleep and then about an hour later I woke up and it felt like my leg was on fire! My leg was itching so bad I think they have bed bugs and one bit me! I left early in the morning as soon as possible! This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel!
