  : I used the app to locate a room as we had been traveling all day and were tired. The pictures that I could see did not depict that the doors to the room were located on the exterior of the building. I do NOT stay in places where my room door is on the exterior, as a matter of security. When we arrived at the hotel, I would not even go into the building! I want a full refund since I feel the pictures were misleading and misrepresented the hotel. Security, especially personal security, is very important to us. I booked that hotel about 3 min before I saw the building and I want a full refund. I immediately sent a message to the hotel about this, and I did not receive a call or any reply. I will not pay for a room I didn't sleep in due to misrepresentation of the security of the facility. I have stayed in many hotels in some questionable areas without incident, but being extremely tired and wanting to feel secure while sleeping, I could not bring myself to go in, even to check in. FULL REFUND PLEASE!

  : Did not eat, Room was somewhat clean, traffic is terrible getting in and out to hotel.
  : The bed was clean, did not like outside appearance it was dirty on walls leading to room.
