: The hotel is nicely situated in the center of Maasmechelen, offering the convenience of free parking. We appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the welcoming nature of the staff.
: Our stay was compromised by a couple of issues. Firstly, the quality of sleep was severely impacted due to two main factors: the overly soft mattress, which is subjective to personal preference, and the lack of adequate soundproofing. Despite the room being recently updated, it was surprising to find that the sound insulation was practically non-existent. We were able to hear every noise from the street and adjacent rooms, and even with earplugs, the street noise was inescapable. Additionally, our breakfast experience did not meet expectations. Although we had confirmed in advance the availability of breakfast at 7 AM due to an early appointment, it was disappointing to find that several items, including pancakes and eggs, were not ready until 7:20 AM. This delay suggests that while the kitchen operations may begin at 7, they are not prepared to serve a complete breakfast at that time. Furthermore, the bread served appeared to be stale.
