: All inclusive was truly exceptional! Food and drinks galore! We even received a gift basket with fruits and a bottle of wine from the hotel. There was many activities for our son to enjoy: kid's club, water park, pools, and beach. We will definitely return again.
: The music at night is insanely loud! We were so confused by this as the people staying were mostly families or seniors. The loud music goes until 12:30am. It is impossible to sleep or keep my son asleep and if there was one reason we would consider another hotel, it would be this.

Pleasant

  : Food was great
: Crowded , all beach chairs taken from 8 AM, common places like elevators quite dirty

: The service, the structure itself and location
: My room was ABSOLUTELY noisy. The neighbor hotel does parties everyday and they dont have hour rules, so its impossible to sleep until it stops. My rooms aircon broke and leaked in the middle of my stay - but thankfully the hotel had 24/7 technical repair. I couldnt use the shower because it was ubroke and squishing water to the entire bathroom so I had to use the little shower instead.Spa had a really poor hamman service - from a person that did hammans quite often not only in other parts of Turkey but also in other Northern African countries. It was the worst I ever had. Same for the relaxing massage, poor service and felt uncomfortable having a male therapist being a woman. I never had to request a woman therapist in islamic countries before because it is the overall rule, so when I was signed to a man, I felt it weird and couldnt relax. In the end of my stay, I asked the reception to call me a cab to the airport and they tried to scam me. When I discovered the scam, the taxi driver threatened to leave me in the middle of nowhere and called me very bad names - I was alone and was a woman. I felt impotent. I asked the reception a taxi because I know it would be a trusted driver, not expecting this to happen.Would love to come back to Antalya but never again to this hotel.
