: The location.
: The host was not at all a comunicative person. She was not nice to us from the very begining and she had no reason to be like this. She sent us to eat somewhere else and then complained about it. When we asked for cofee because the coffee machine from the shared kitchen broke she wasn't happy about it and rolled her eyes, everytime.These are just a couple of things.... She kept complaining she has lots of work to do and we disturb her when we asked once a day for a cofee. The location is very nice, especially for children.If it weren't for Mrs. Maria we would have definetly return to Casa Eden. She could learn a bit from her husband when dealing with clients, which was nice everytime we spoke with him.

: The host is really friendly and helpful. Even though she doesnt understand English, she can use the translation app well. So there is no problem about communication. The house is really comfortable and clean, with a kitchen and beautiful garden. We really enjoy our vacation here.

: the place is quite nice but position is so so . real problem in Marisel is the fact that if snow they take care at the road very very poorly : I did not see one machine to clean the road or put salt on . the structure is in a Valley so to go in the main road if snow is a real problem : we was there with a suv off-road . owner was very very gentle anyway in all circumstance
