  : The cleanliness, particularly of the kitchen and bathroom, the size of the apartment, the ease of entry, the proximity of an excellent daytime and good night bus service to downtown. The central heating kept the apartment warm even on near 0 (Celsius) nights. An excellent shower. A comfortable bed. A nearby supermarket.
  : Incomplete building work: there was no mirror in the bathroom, no bathroom cabinet, just two endstopped electric wires above the sink. I have a beard, but if I had to shave every day this would have been very inconvenient. Two light bulbs out when we arrived; another blew while we were in the apartment. There were no obvious replacement bulbs available. No instructions for the dishwasher; it was not a type with which we were familiar. The availability of apartments in the building on other websites at much less than we paid closer to our arrival date.

  : The location is great, grocery stores are within reach by foot. Many parking spots available on the street. A kid's playground is right in front of the apartment. Check in and check out convenient with a key box.
  : There was a dirty underwear inside the TV board and a used q-tip in front of the bathroom mirror on the day of check in - absolutely disgusting! There are no hooks or anything similar at the entrance to hang coats etc., only a wall mirror. Maybe if one stays alone during summer not a big deal but as 3 adults and one toddler we had the place so crowded with our coats and shoes (there is also no shoe rack or a mat to put wet shoes on). Not a good choice for families - no high chair for meals, no crib/cot available. We had to borrow an extra floor bed for our toddler from a friend. There is close to no sound isolation. Sneezes and coughs from neighboring apartments are all audible. We got unlucky that our neighbors decided to move furniture until midnight on our second night and our son couldn't sleep...
