  : Excellent location, cute little hotel In the old city. Very charming and decently renovated. The self-check worked perfectly. The room was comfortable and had a great view.
  : TV programs were sparse - maybe 30% were available and all was in German. Breakfast was decent, but no vegan options really. The mattress was not very comfortable.

  : I arrived much later then planned in the evening (train issues) and was worried about checking in. Staff had kindly left a phone number taped to the door (the is a small hotel without 24 hour reception) which I was able to call. I was then talked through the process of opening the door with a key code and my key was waiting for me in my room. The next day on opening my curtains I was greeted with a beautiful view of local rooftops and the huge nearby cathedral. Be advised it has early morning bells (if you aren't a morning person!). Initially when I went to get breakfast all tables were taken. The waitress very kindly (a few minutes later after I returned to my room) knocked on my door to let me know a table was now free. There is outdoor seating as well for when the weather is warmer. The hotel has a great location in the city centre within easy walking distance of lots of nearby museums. Its a 20 minute walk from the main train station. The receptionist was really friendly and kind when I spoke to her about leaving my suitcase (after checking out) whilst sight seeing on my last day. Munster is a beautiful place, and I would certainly consider visiting this hotel again in the future if I returned to Munster.
  : Not the fault of the hotel, the cathedral bells did wake me up a bit earlier than expected! (I was hoping for a lie in after a long previous day).
