  : Location is nice but not good to stay there. Hundreds of tourists will walk in front of your door everyday.It’s great early morning only, when no one is there.

  : Had to share bc this stay really put a damper on our holiday. Location: Not ideal. Only 1 restaurant and no shops in Klima. Get supplies before. Must traverse a one lane road with steep hill access. Taxis €30/ride to the nearest town. Need to rent!! Scooter is quite dangerous if inexperienced. Traffic jams on one lane for car. Quad may be best option. Reserve ahead, all the scooters, quads and cars were sold out even in shoulder season. Steady stream of tourists flood doorway and peer in room. Facilities: Mediocre at best. Price not matched to amenities. Not enough blankets, sheets or towels. Only one bottle of water provided. Smelly bathroom probably due to old plumbing, not surprising for rustic location but manager blamed us for flushing toilet paper even though it smelled when we arrived. Can smell from bunk beds even with door shut. Floor is constantly wet from showering with poor drainage. Very, VERY slippery walkway leading to room as the waves wash up. Lots of people fall so be careful if you have mobility issues. Mgmt: Abysmal. Confusion and waiting around bc number provided was for an old employee who was very annoyed at being bothered yet again. Staff that was finally sent to meet us for check-in was rude, did not make eye contact or speak and just shook her head disapprovingly. Things escalated when we asked for more towels. Backstory, we had accidently marked the booking for 2 ppl but changed it to 4 ppl before arriving through booking.com app. There was no extra charge in the app, thought all was ok. The same check-in lady delivered towels and was livid to see there were 4 guests. She gave us hateful looks, yelled and threw things in our room for 20 minutes. We were very uncomfortable and honestly scared. Got no support from mgmt. He said we needed to pay extra, made us feel so terrible we checked out early. We don't care about getting a refund, just want to help you avoid a huge holiday spoiler. In conclusion, you can do better.

  : That it's in a location where people stand to take all their Instagram pictures.The communication about check in is lacking, told to contact several numbers. Customer service from the lady who checked in was lacking, quite rude and stood outside the door before check out time tapping her watch.Will try to charge you for checking in early / late through a platform that in not booking.com.The balcony is not part of the property you can use. .

  : Wonderful experience staying right on the water in an old fishing village. The little waves breaking 20’ from the bed great experience beautiful sunsets. Room was very nice everything worked well a/c refrigerator bathroom all new very nice and working great. You need to remember that you’re on the water so in high tide you need to walk in a little water to get to the room but it’s a great experience. Nice sea to swim by your door and outdoors shower were very nice to have.
  : Our first rental with absolutely No staff, no one to talk to about anything no phones number just a computer program without anyone and a phone number for the cleaning person. Other units close by had staff, cleaning and help. The cleaning lady didn’t speak any English. Staying for a week by the water, sand, dirt without a mid week cleaning included in this price was not something we liked so we paid extra for a cleaning but at this price you should include it at least once.

  : A malfunctioning shower drain meant that the floor of both the bathroom and bedroom was wet during the first 24 hours of our three night stay (as shower water ran from the bathroom - at the back of the boathouse - to the front door via the downward-sloping bedroom floor!).On the third and final day of our visit the electricity cut out and we ended up with no power during the last 12 hours of our stay.No refund or apology was offered by the host who is represented by a local Airbnb management company that showed modest interest in the issues we experienced. Dramatically overpriced at €250/night given faulty utilities. Would avoid.
