: Perfect location for a quiet family getaway. Great for kids and adults alike.
: We stayed in the teepee, which unexpectedly came as an empty shell. We would have appreciated some more photos depicting this, or at least some warning that towels & bedding is not provided! Also, be aware that there is no hot water. The staff were very helpful in accommodating us last minute, bringing mattresses and bedding, included a baby bed.

: Great to come with kids as theres plenty to do- contact zoo, water pool , cycling , rafting etc. Teepees and Bungalows dont include beddings and towels and have shared bathroom facilities but therere rooms in the hotel which might not be advertised on booking. The staff is friendly and ready to help.The breakfast is average but theres nothing else in the area so keep that in mind as well as dinner options as kitchen closes at 5pm. The nearest restaurants/supermarkets are in Melnik.
: The upfront requested and confirmed travel cot was without mattress sour daughter couldnt sleep in it.

: Unfortunately, the reality differs from the descriptions on the booking.com website. We got dirty tepee with wasps or bees nest. The electricity was over 300m away so we were left without electricity with 4 small children. The nearest shower with hot water is 400m away in the stable. We lost all our money (not surprisingly, the payment was, of course, upfront) and had to look for civilized accommodation on the second day, paying for the second time for the night.
