  : It is a small nice location the staff was very friendly.
  : We were not informed the our rooms was not in the main building or that our wish of roomes close together/at the same floor were not met and the facilites were somewhat limited.

  : The breakfast was amazing, and the gourmet restaurant and servings was exceeding our expectations The view was amazing, and the rooms clean.
  : I was travelling with my mother of age, and though we were informed that our room would be 150 meters from the main building, we were not informed that it was on top of a hill, without any parking opportunities. Even at the main building we often couldn't find a lot for our car. Then we were located in separate floors. One room was located on the 3rd floor without elevator. Which made it almost impossible to bring our suitcases up the steep stairs. When i locked myself into the room, it was already occupied with a guest. I scared her half to death when i surprised her in her room. Then I had to walk back to reception (also up stairs) and had to argument for not having a temporary room for the first night until i could take over the room I had booked. We would have appreciated being informed about the many stairs and no parking. My mother used so much energy on the stairs and walking, that she had no energy for going sightseeing. The hotel is not handicap or senior friendly.

  : After viewing wonderful pictures on booking dot com I was shocked and Appalled when I saw our room was not only tiny but with a bed for two less than 140cm!The worst part was that room smelled sour and moist. We complained to the receptionist and especially since my wife is eight months pregnant, i expected some help but we got none. I am furious with the treatment we got and so disappointed. We did not spend the night there and went home but the hotel would not refund. They said that we could see the room easily on the page. Sure if you go to PICTURE 10 you can see a bad looking bed and somehow this should tell you that there are rooms of widely different quality here. How should I know that? How can I offer that as a gift to my wife?I will report this property to the local authorities and will never come back. Its outright fraud!!
  : They keep two types of rooms in very different quality and dont make the difference clear when you book. They also lie about bed sizes and their rooms smell dirty
