  : unfortunately building/Reno work was going on in a flat next to us the noise was awful. it needs a wee refresh, stains on sofa, stains on pillows , ice box dirty , very cold as absolutely no natural light can get in , dont copies here if you want any sort of view!

  : the host (Javier) was very responsive and collaborative. relatively close to the city (15 mins walk) and to the beach (25 mins walk). Big supermarket nearby.
  : there was a sewer smell in apartment, which didn't go away after re-cleaning (this was very annoying especially during the night). Due to structure of building, you could hear A LOT of noise from neighbors (in addition to construction on the other side of the street). Lack of basic things such as hand-soap/garbage bags upon arrival (especially that we stayed 9 days). I guess we left the apartment much more clean that what we had got upon arrival ;) therefore cleanliness could improve a lot in this place.

  : The shower water didn't drain well due to poor design. Lots of noise from building maintenance early until late at night. No fresh towels daily unless you pick them up at their office 30 mins walk away.

  : On the photos we liked the furniture and that it had washing machine.
  : When we arrived and we informed the manager that the place was not cleaned (black hairs all over the floor, bread crumbs on the chair and kitchen top). We informed the manager that we want refund because we will check out due to the fact this cleaning is under any Covid-19 measures. The manager accused us rudely of scam and refused to get us our money back than they had a change of heart and offered cleaning but we booked with hotel. We filled official Customer Complaint form in their premises for our refund in which the employee wrote that we checked in 1 hour earlier and then they marked us in Booking.com as no show so that we wont be able to leave a review for this. The apartment on the given address is different from the photos - there is no light in it, there is a constant sewer smell, you have washing machine and dishwasher but no tables for them, the neighbourhood is also not very great. Window view is with bars and in the building so natural light is missing. Please before booking this place check also Google reviews for this place as Sunset Malaga Apartments (both places - they have 2 addresses) because they are quite accurate too. They refused refund even though according to their policy we are in our right (we did showed up, we didnt modify or cancel the booking). Even though Booking.com Customer Service send them multiple mails to unmark us as no-show still the manager is doing his thing and continues with the scam we didnt showed up (even have a copy of the signed agreement and plenty documents proving we were there and in our right to get our money back) Be aware of this hosts and be careful where you put your money because they will do any fraud just to keep a hold of your money. I expect now some disputes on the review from the manager after all they want more customers to get in this trap.
