: Great location with a terrace right next to the beach. Lounge was also comfortable and the heating worked well for colder December days.
: Mostly great and had everything you need. Minor points would be good to have a kettle and a few more kitchen items like a large jug or bowl. Could have done with more than one pillow each and some softer ones. Like other comments, the bed does squeak a lot but is perfectly comfortable, and there is some traffic noise from the street on the bedroom side but neither were really a problem.

: Views form the terrace where you can have a lovely breakfast. Close to El Candado, nice
: Cleaning and smell is disgusting, you can see is a party/bachelor apartment only for the smell and stains everywhere. Drainage smell, cleaning tools dropped in a corner next to construction materials left inside the house. Sofa with stains, the terrace super dirty with stains of food and drinks on the floor and seating.... Actually we complained about the cleaning, the reply was not very appropriated, like:you have to understand we have 30 apartments to clean and they cannot come now to fix the cleaning.... My reply was : I understand and I also understand cleaning must be properly done before a guest is coming. To be noted they charge you for the cleaning extra 35 euros. Mainetenance is also not good, things dropped here and there, definitely not worth the money.
