  : This old and spacious apartment is a beautiful property and it is wonderful to be able to stay in such a unique and authentically Spanish space. Interesting light switches, an intriguing spy-hole and some lovely old stained glass decorations on the windows enhance this place. Malaga is a beautiful city and while the apartment is not quite in the old town, it is a very good location for exploring all it has to offer.
  : We had been travelling around the south of Spain and this was the first place that offered no welcome pack and the absolute minimum of the basics. Bizarrely, a Nespresso coffee machine sat on the counter top and beside it was a few satchets of instant coffee!!! This was not what I was expecting in the most expensive of our holiday stays. There was one wine glass, one mug and only minimal plates and dishes for a party of three, staying for two and a half weeks (back to back bookings). The minimal toiletries were not refreshed during this time although the sheets were changed weekly. There was only one functioning bedside light in the main bedroom and the bedside tables were marked and tired. The lovely old windows needed a thorough cleaning as did the ice compartment of the freezer, which I was reluctant to use. We had booked a taxi with Holidays2Malaga to pick up our son and bring him to the airport at 5am at the end of his stay, yet when I checked with them in advance of his departure, they said they had no record of the booking. I furnished copies of the booking confirmation and they did sort it out promptly. The taxi arrived on time but this unnecessary stress could have been avoided. I did not complain to H2M as I find it upsetting dealing with these type of issues when on a special holiday. Surprisingly there was a colourful card asking for the highest rating on Booking.com! This was the first time we had come across this this type of request. Normally, the highest rating would be earned by the exceptional standards of the property itself? In my opinion, this lovely apartment needs a total inventory of its current facilities resulting in a significant overhaul of its overall presentation.

  : Very good apartment and location, in the heart of the tourist centre
  : Unfortunately as others mentioned in their reviews both showers failed to drain correctly and backed up. They drained but very slowly hence you had a shower whilst standing in 75mm of standing water, not ideal. This was reported but no action taken whilst we we at the apartment. A real shame as it really detracted from a decent apartment, location and nice staff.
