  : The location was great, the apartment itself was lovely and comfortable. We had a problem with the shower and the most lovely, helpful man by the name of Sergio came to help and move me into a different apartment.
  : When I first arrived in Malaga I was under the impression that I had to go to one location in order to pick up the keys to enter the apartment as it instructed me to do so on the booking.com app, when I got to the location it was closed and I had to contact to only find out I didnt need to collect the keys from this location at all and it was an online portal that would open the door for me. When I arrived at the apartment, I realised it wasnt the apartment that we booked (after specifically asking for the one with the balcony, I was very disappointed and it felt like false advertisement), it wasnt the cleanest and there was no hot water, I got in contact with Del parque through WhatsApp and they were quick to respond, though the issue took a long time to resolve and I had to send so many pictures and videos, waiting for the repair man etc took a long time and I ended up wasting hours on my first night in Malaga when I was starving and exhausted after travelling all day. Thankfully we were moved into a nicer cleaner apartment that had hot water. That night I put my clothes in the washing machine and it began to leak all over the floor but soon after getting in contact they allowed me access to the first room to use the washing machine, a bit inconvenient but not a huge bother. Finally I must add we stayed for a long weekend and over the weekend had a lovely quiet stay, but on the Monday morning the roads works right on the street were very annoying and loud.

  : Great location!
  : We took this apartment because it is in the city center and as part of this offer there are several apartments for rent in the same building. The pictures showed a terrace, which is why we decided on this accommodation, but the terrace was not part of any of the apartments we got. Our three families took three apartments. Because the apartments were on the same floor, and one of the apartments did not have a dining table at all, we used the living room of the largest apartment. The kitchen lacks glasses and dishes, but when everything from the other apartments is added, it was enough. Out of three washing machines, one was working. There is a noise detector in the apartment and every evening a nice man came to warn us to keep quiet because the detector tells him that there is noise, even when the only source of noise was the dryer. The streets of Malaga are also very lively at night and you cannot sleep with the windows open. Malaga begins its life at 10 in the evening and someone who came to rest will not be comfortable. We have adapted to the atmosphere of Malaga, but our neighbors, even the noise detector, did not like it.

  : There was nothing we liked. The flat is incredibly small however the terrace was the selling point. Unfortunately we didn't stay as the smell of sewerage was overpowering. The street works were extensive with sewerage pipes exposed. This work must have been going on for a while but no mention prior to booking. This would have influenced my decision!
  : The location was good however we were treated appallingly having arrived to the awful smell having trekked across the city from the office with our keys We were offered alternate accommodation which did not suit our needs so were refused any kind of refund. Totally unacceptable and not a great start to a holiday (our first in 6 years).
