  : Spacious apartment in a convenient location, close to the beach promenade, good location with nice park, stores and places to eat. Plenty of free parking places for a rented car available in walking distance across the park (at least in this off-season time).

  : The location is perfect, 3 min to the beach, a lot of local restaurants, 20 min walk to city center; is not a turists area, so the food and prices are very good; lot of free parking place, next to a big park with kids facilities. Ruben is a very good host, he showed us around when we came and than constantly checked if everything ok; the apartment is very clean, in a safe block, with evetything needed inside; a lot of space for a family.
  : The noise from the street during the night, but I think in center would have been worse.

  : The owner Ruben is very helpful, always answering the questions very quickly or coming to change the gas tank. We felt like we’re living like the locals. The flat is well located if you want to visit the region - mountains, Ronda, Nerja, Marbella.
  : The flat didn’t have a proper oven. Also, be prepared that generally it’s difficult to find a parking place in the area

  : Ruben extremely helpful & wonderful. As I landed early, he allowed me to store my suitcase & sorted out early checkin. He showed me round the apartment & how to use the gas bottles for hot water & stove. Lots of cheap restaurants around the location including a coffee shop downstairs €1 for a coffee! Beautiful park next door too. 20 mins slow walk to the city centre. Right next to the beach with beautiful views from the window on the 11th floor.
  : No balcony which was a shame but think this is an error in the description online. Partial mains aircon & portable in the rest of the apartment which is to be expected in a building of this design. Nothing major & is balanced against the cost.

  : Close to the beach and a nice walk into town. Many bars and restaurants around and supermarket nearby.
  : We knew it was not in the centre, but you must be prepared for a 20-30 minute walk. We didn't mind, because the price was good.
