WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 5 years old to 15 years old stay for £15 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for £10 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that there is limited free parking for up to 9 cars in Mode's front car park. If these spaces are taken, there is free allocated parking on the promenade.

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

Please note dinner is served at 54 Restaurant, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The restaurant is closed on Mondays.
