  : The design is cool, chic & clean. Right in the old town, very walkable city also. There are no staff but everything ran very smooth.

  : The room, although a good size, is dark and rather kitch with very poor lighting. Getting to your room with with baggage is a mission to say the least. Having to use numerous codes each time you enter is not nice. The contact with staff is non existant. We arrived in Loyn at 14H00 and had made prior arrangements to leave our luggage at their office which is some 15 minutes from the hotel. Check in is at !7H00. We took a Euro 20 taxi ride to drop our baggage, rang the bell at the office a number of times and no one answered. We the had to catch another taxi to our hotel, sit with our baggage at a nearby coffee shop and wait. I emailed and them and they then, at 16H30, gave us a 30 minute early check in. The so called brunch, which would have been lovely if it was freshly made was not edible. the muesli was soggy because the joghurt had probably been put on it the day before as was the toasted salmon sandwich .I sent three emails to cancel the brunch for the following day, non of which where acknowledged and needless to say the awful brunch was delivered the next day.We needed a taxi transfer back to the station. I emailed them 24 hours before the transfer was needed. We received no reply and hence arranged our own taxi transfer, at 40% of what they were charging. When i emailed them to cancel the taxi, i got an agressive email back and still have not received acknowledgement that they have accepted cancellation.You can look back on our rating of hotels on booking.com and you will see that we are not moaners. Most hotels we review get good reviews, unfortunately this hotel does not deserve one and i can strongly suggest that you do not stay there.
