  : The hotel is very well located, free of charge language deposit
  : They ask you to pay a 50 euros deposit / you sign a form where you engage to pay 50 eur in case of damages or if you smoke in the room. This was not well advertised in booking and wanted to make sure that it was indeed foreseen. The guy who did the check in on Saturday 27th April at around 9 pm was really impatient but finally understood. He gave me the key of the room and when I entered I noticed immediately i could smell the cigarette smoke. I told the guy and asked him to change me the room. He said at the beginning that he could smell it as well, then he said "I have problem with my nose, so I don't know".The day after 28th April (early morning, around 7 am ) a girl was there for the check out. I asked her to check my room but she did not want to and I insisted given that they did not check that the room they initially assign to me smell bad. She was very bothered and unpolite and finally went upstairs to check.

  : The location is good.The check in the 29th at 10 pm was overall good, the guy at the reception was nice and warm up my meal and allowed me to sit at the breakfast room to have my dinner.
  : The bed of the room 15 was really uncomfortable (I stayed there another night, between 27th and 28th and the bed was ok) and woke up with back pain both nights. The bathroom if that room smells bad, but the both room and bathroom were cleaned.I did the check out on the 1st May with a girl who did not want to check the room and when I insisted she called a colleague and asked at which floor she was. She hung up the phone and pretended that the lady was going there to check the room, then at some point she pretended to talk to the phone (it didn't ring) and then told me she checked and it was ok. She was very rude. They ask you to pay 50 euros deposit/ sign a form where you engage with them to pay if u smoke In the room or break something. Why do you put in place a rule if then you do not even verify that the room is ok at the check out? Ps: please note that I stayed there on the 27th as well and when I entered the room there was a strong smell of cigarette. That s why I insisted with them to check the room. When I picked up my language at 4.30 pm the 1st may, another female colleague did not allow me to get a coffee and sit at the reception for 10 minutes with a stupid excuse of the dratisation but at the meantime the other clients went in and out of the hotel. That's incredible how unprofessional they are!
