  : The location is really good: very close to the University of Lyon and within walking distance (~30 minutes) from both the Old Town and the newer city centre. The furnishing is modern and comfortable, and the WiFi was good.
  : Unfortunately, even the reviews don't do justice to how noisy and loud the place is. The studio is located on the ground floor, close to the entrance, and there are people coming in all the time between 10pm and 2am who are slamming the doors loudly, laughing and talking in the hallway and occasionally, banging on the walls. You can hear people moving around their own units and the elevator is also very loud. It's extremely difficult to sleep as the slamming of doors and very loud noises continue until 2am and then start again at 7am. The shower is also quite small as other reviewers have noted, it was a tight fit but alright if you're relatively small, but it will be very uncomfortable for larger people. It's also a bit annoying (and unusual, at least in my experience) that you need to leave the keys upon check-out in another location.
