  : It was conveniently located to restaurants, stores, and the mall. Also, they were good about trying to correct our issues and that is the only reason I'd recommend them at all.
  : Our room was very dirty, and the breakfast was not good.

  : Breakfast was decent, workout room and pool are good
  : Stayed here Feb 2024 and in May, HUGE diff between those 2 times Now charge $13 a day for parking, booked same room but got a tiny room 2nd time, Shampoo + conditioner empty, Had to buy cooking utensils for "full kitchen". Never Again.

  : Filthy, dirty, freezing cold. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. Would never ever stay there again, will be contacting Hilton headquarters regarding the cleanliness of the facility.

  : Great location. Arrived and seemed decent from the outside and checking in was great. Breakfast was a bonus and the coffee and water station was nice.
  : The room was average. Needs a deep clean especially the carpets. The elevator carpets are so dirty! Still not huge disappointment until we visited the pool!! The pool area in a whole is very dirty and unattended to. In the 20 hours we used the hotel we went swimming 3 times. Never did I once see an employees come into the pool area. The womens restroom toilet was not obviously working because the toilet was clogged with toilet paper and poop!! It was the same way when we went back in the evening. We went Sunday morning after 10 and the toilet was still not cleaned and taken care of!!! The pool area was very messy with food on some chairs leftover clothes from guest laying on the floor and the towel bin overflowing with dirty towel and no clean towels. The appearance around the floor trim was rotten and dirty. The water fountain was almost as disgusting as the unkept bathroom. Under the fountain looks like it hasnt been cleaned or cared for at all. Ive stayed at many hotels and the pool area should be a CLEAN area where you can go and not feel like youre going to catch a disease when using it. I did notify the front desk on Sunday morning after we went to use pool. She said she would call Someone right away. Every hotel Ive stayed in an employee comes and checks the pool area and checks to make sure everything is good. Obviously no hotel employee came to this pool Saturday at 2:30 to Sunday at 10!!! GROSS!!!

  : I liked the checkout time
  : Had to change rooms because how bad the first room stunk. Staff didn't know how to run the outside fireplace once figured out they shut it off on us for know reason so we gave up.drug addicts and what I would assume prostitution in and out. I was hoping my kids wouldn't see that.the pool was way to cold. The pull out bed was a piece of junk. TV in the main room didn't work. Shampoo was empty. No ice holder.
