  : The staff were all really approachable and friendly, the services were great, the interiors were lovely, nice seating areas in the conservatory, breakfast was quick and delicious, location was perfect for us, five min walk from Lyndhurst town, with free parking at the hotel this saved looking for a space and payments, also great access to the local beauty spots, walking routes and cycle routes, with horses just over the road. (There was a great cycle hire shop up the road in lyndhurst).
  : The experience in the room its self, the bed was wonderfully comfortable, the room had loads of storage options and it was a pleasant interior overall. However the noise by the door closing next door to us would give a shock or wake up every time it was used. Ours was the same, but there was no way or making it close quietly. We were also above the dining hall, so this was really noisy from 8-9:30 if youre a late riser this isnt ideal.

  : The hotel staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfy and the hotel was nicely decorated warm and cosy. The breakfast was very good along with the service. The location couldn't have been better as only a short walk into Lynhurst.

  : The property was very dated and the stairs were shallow and we needed to be careful with our footing. We were given a room on the second floor and there is no lift at the property. Unbelievably for the middle of October there was no heating in the room they had to supply a portable heater to provide some level of comfort.
