  : No Wifi. The toilet/bathroom is also your shower room. Not a major, but wasn't super evident in the pics.

  : Great location with a nice view of the ocean. A good selection of dvds and books were available and the decor was pleasant and not overdone. The sofa bed was very comfortable.
  : Wetroom door has visibly rotten skirting and needs a little bit of repairing.

  : Well designed and maintained studio apartment with mezzanine sleeping platform, which has view of sea and across to Portland. Accessed via owner's beautiful garden, with on-site parking. Has private balcony, with view of sea, where you can relax and listen to the birds. Owners are helpful and friendly. Approx 5 minute walk to and from town, though up/ down steep hills, so you get lots of exercise! New EV rapid charger at Holmbush car park at the end of the road is very handy if you need to charge up.
  : The property is beautifully designed with lots of glass and light, but the lack of blinds at apex of front windows means it gets very light, very early and can get quite hot.

  : Needed just a little maintenance eg patio area but just a little sprucing up.above door area and table.

  : The location was excellent.
  : There was mildew on the mattress protector ( photo enclosed, enlarge photo to see it). The plastic table cloth on the outside table was filthy and covered in mildew (photo enclosed). The large front window was full of cobwebs above the sliding doors. We payed 450:00 for 2 nights which was way overpriced. Wed have been better off in a small B&B ! Needless to say we wont be back.
