  : Rooms have paper thin walls so you can hear everything. The neighbourhood also is fairly noisy even after curfew.

  : We were choosing the hotel because of the location. That was the most important and we are pleased with it. Clean and tidy room, a bit too small for 2 adults.
  : The walls are thin and behind the wall the was another couple making love all night long . Very exciting! We heard everything in details and if we were not that tired, we wouldnt mind that) But we required some sleep.

  : Wi-Fi Connectivity: One of the primary issues I encountered during my stay was the extremely poor Wi-Fi connectivity within my room. The connection was consistently lost, and I often had to leave my room and head to the hotel lobby to get a stable connection. In this digital age, reliable internet access is crucial for both business and leisure travelers, and I believe improvements in this area would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Bathroom Drainage: Another concern I had was with the bathroom facilities. It appeared that the drainage in the bathroom was not functioning optimally, which led to water pooling in the bathtub. This may be indicative of plumbing issues or aging fixtures that may need attention. Emergency Response: During our stay, there was a moment of unexpected distress as the city of Lviv declared an air raid alert due to ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not have a clear protocol for guiding guests in such situations. I understand that this is an extraordinary circumstance, but it's important for guests to feel safe and informed during emergencies. In our case, the staff left the hotel premises, leaving us with uncertainty. Some guidelines or information on safety measures during emergencies would have been greatly appreciated. Visibility and Accessibility: Lastly, I found it quite challenging to locate the hotel, especially at night. There were no prominent signs or visible landmarks on the road, making it difficult for taxis to find the entrance. Clear signage or additional information for guests and taxi drivers could significantly improve the arrival experience.
