  : Location is great!
  : Very noisy due to construction on the ground floor. Room was okay but dusty, shower is quite old and fixtures are half broken and way too high for average person. You have to leave your key at the reception while going out (never heard of that rule before). Breakfast was not to my liking, cappuccino made of powder. I dont think I will stay here again or recommend to anyone.

  : Stayed there for few days. Upon check out receptionist ask for extra 200 hryvnia for checking out 30 minutes late. They don't speak english either. There is breakfast but it's only eggs everyday. Unfortunately I can't recommend staying here.

  : Unbelievable old building. Old staffs. Can not come in to hotel without ringing. Have to wait until unlock the main door by reception...Not working heating systemLook the photos also perfect breakfast tooWardrobe that is like a time machine...coming back from 1000 years before ...The walls have deep scratches...see on the photo...Last cleaning for room, might be 777 years ago...

  : The only things that are definitely positive are the internet and the central location.
  : Unfortunately, there are many things that I did not like and that will lead me not to stay here again, - in the application it said that you could pay by card instead in reception despite having the terminal they found all sorts of excuses to the point of asking me to go and withdraw from the ATM causing me great inconvenience and payment of the commission.- the room had poor facilities, an empty fridge bar, a room with a poor bed sheet, uncomfortable bed, hot water in the shower after about 5 minutes with the water on, very cold room during the night with no possibility of heating, windows with little privacy despite the short curtains.Dulcis in fundo the breakfast included in the booking: I go to the breakfast room in the morning at 8 am and there is no one there, empty tables, after several minutes of waiting the same girl from reception comes to me with a face without a smile as if she were at a funeral and a paper in her hand asking me if I wanted an omelette or eggs. And then a tea or coffee to drink. That's all. Some more waiting and the omelette with chilli cheese arrived at the table, sour/bitter taste, dark yellow colour, you couldn't even taste the egg. Inedible

  : Absolutely disgusting. Internet Wi-Fi doesnt work, mobile phone has No signal inside the hotel and on the territory, they refuse to accept payment by card and ask for cash. No sound isolation whatsoever. You can hear your neighbors breathing. The most uncomfortable beds and pillows Ive ever seen. NEVER EVER AGAIN in my life will I ever stay there.
