  : Location: 5/5 The apartment is right in the centre of Rynok Square. It was a bonus being able to wake up right in the city centre.
  : Comfort: 1/5 The bed was incredibly uncomfortable (there is at least 2 springs poking through the mattress) and creaked all night. I suggest sleeping on the sofa if you want a good nights sleep. Cleanliness: 2/5 Quite a few long hairs were found in the bath and on the towels. The mattress has no mattress topper and is mouldy and brown! Check-in: 2/5 We were left waiting in the street for 40 minutes for so one to give us our keys. We asked a few local cafes if they knew where the apartment was and no one seemed to know. Definitely need a welcome sign on the front door so people can find the place. Once we were finally checked in the lady demanded we pay the full amount then and there. Not something I expected after travelling more than 10 hours.

  : Booking.com had the wrong address and repeatedly stated it is no 30 Rynok Sq including to both airport transfer firms. Consequently I wasted an hour trying to get to the right address which is 18 Rynok Sq. Also be aware the booking has to be paid in UAH cash on arrival and the card used to reserve is only used to secure the reservation. As with many Lviv properties please also be aware if you are travelling with a large case you may struggle getting your luggage up to and down from the top floor apartment

  : Location was still pretty good, though not as good as advertised.
  : Huge disappointment. As you can see in the properties name, it is advertised as located on Rynok Square (heart of the city), yet we were accommodated in a different, much worse looking apartment, on another street and not the main square itself (close to it, but it was still a different location). Of course, no one bothered with giving us a prior notification about that, not even the lady who literally met us with the key at the location of what we booked just to escort us elsewhere. Apartment was old and note very neat. There was some random stuff here and there in the flat (like rolled carpet leaning on the wall in the corner or set of curtains hanging on a dryer rack in the living room). No hot water during first 1.5 days of the stay, and apparently owner didn't have a spare key, so we had to adjust our itinerary to go to the apartment and let him in so he could fix the water issue. Quite amusingly, there were only 3 forks, 3 spoons and 3 knives in the kitchen (sure, we booked for 3 persons, but it was still a bit weird). I've made a complaint via Booking Support regarding the situation (mainly about the fact that what we've booked and where we were accommodated were 2 different places and about the lack of hot water), yet Support Team had no success in reaching the host to proceed with refund request (in other words, host ignored their messages). Tremendous thanks to the Booking Support Team - they were great, as for the property - please skip it and book yourself a better place to stay.
