  : The bathroom was very dirty. There was mold in the shower cubicle and the shower head was torn off. The smell from the sink was very awful. Dishes, cutlery, pots and other kitchen utensils were also dirty. The furniture and towels stank of moisture. The bedding was colorful and should be white.The service staff, despite being informed the day before arrival about the time of arrival and additionally informed 2 hours before arrival, were late more than an hour. In addition, I did not receive the bill, although I was still assured that it would be today, in a moment. I haven't received the invoice till today. The facility staff do not answer calls or reply to SMS and E-mails. Therefore, I do not recommend this apartment or the other serviced by Romori.

  : The location and size of the house. Both flawless.
  : The approach was not the best. The house was not delivered already clean at the set time and ready for use. I had to wait 2 hours (also due to the previous occupants of the house who left the apartment an open-air latrine, real wild animals). So, the poor young lady who did the cleaning (all by herself!), Took some time: But it would have been appropriate, after a grueling journey and as per the contract, to have the house ready for use already at the scheduled time in booking office. I would recommend making small changes such as the functioning of the television and the hairdryer in the bathroom. For the rest, nothing to complain except this mistake which, in any case, the administration of the apartment had also given as a chance to leave by repaying everything. But given the situation, I avoided leaving and I'm glad I stayed, despite everything. The location is priceless for getting around. I would also improve the fixtures in the rooms. They are good, but not great and you can hear almost everything from the outside.

  : The apartment is front of Lviv Opera house.when you open the window you can see opera house.The location is perfect.The big bed is comfortable but other bed is not enough.
  : Firstly host is not reliable, on booking contract says free cancel option and may be taken first night payment after free cancel option date expire.But after reservation the host sent a message in Russian and it refers to half of payment will take in 24 hours by credit card. replied her that i wanted to pay cash when i arrive but didnt even answered and took 1/3 of payment.! So i cancelled the booking and asked her refund the payment she wanted my card number and didnt refund, so forcedly i booked again same apartment.When i arrived the apartment door key lock was reparing and the apartment door was unsafe because not repaired enough good.The bathroom and kitchen equipments are unsufficent.The man who work for host gave us only one key( we are 3 persons) and said next day would bring us another keys but he didnt. and he didnt know english he was translating by phone, shortly the apartment located very good but host is not helping ,not replied. The second bad wasnt seeing on the photo on booking the host sent its photo later.
