: Location was great
: The owner has a dishonest ad on booking.com. He says pay by cash only but then he texts after you book to tell you that its pre payment by bank transfer ONLY. That doesnt work if you have an American bank. He was incredibly rude sorting it out. Also the bedrooms are shotgun style so you have to walk thru one to get to the other. Which isnt that big of a deal except the bathroom with the shower is the back bedroom and the one with the toilet is thru the other. The showerhead isnt mounted and there is no shower curtain nor glass so you end up flooding the bathroom when you try to shower while holding the shower head. That bathroom also has a bidet.but no toiletcuriously.

: Good location, but homeless people cogrgate across street making lots of noise. Spacious, but condition of apartment and furnishings is poor.
: Nothing worked! Dishwasher had been eliminated from write up, but was still in pictures. Three of 6 ceiling lights in the kitchen did not work. I had to buy a desk lamp to see well enough to cook! Freezer was frozen shut. Vent hood with light over stove were not woking at all. At least 30% of light bulbs had burned out in every room. Balcony off kitchen was used for junk storage...not a very appetizing view through a glass door for my dinner guests. Water pressure was so bad, it was not possible to rinse my hair with shower. Bathtub took 45 minutes to fill. Bathroom sink was badly damaged. Beds were very worn and lumpy. Furnishings were old, ragged, worn out, dirty. Even the towels were ragged. Balcony on front was rusted through and not safe, especially for kids. Landlord fixed washer, but it still does not work correctly. I had to reach behind washing machine to turn on water to fill machine. Then, had to turn water off after using machine so water would not leak all over floor. Landlord insisted on 30% cash deposit in advance. Landlord charged a premium European price for apartment, but everything was very far from European standard condition.
