  : I was rent flat but after they wrote me that there is problem with the flat what I was rent but I am sure it is not true because they was rent that flat for different person who pay more and they give me this other flat and when I arrived at night I find this new flat it is just room and have very bad smell because of the WC and shower inside the room it was really very bad experience with this company and flat

  : Location in center. Near to every attraction. Comfy bed, nice bathroom.
  : You cant open window becasue of the noise from street. When bus arrives on the bus stop whole building is shaking. And the procedure with keys is just stupid. We was waiting firstly 40 minutes for contact, becasue no one call or write and email, so i contact booking. Than i get mail that somone will came. I wrote email with my number and Ask for contact when somone will be there to give us a keys, i was in the cafe next door.. Lady call me with information that she was downstairs and no one was there so she went back home or whatever and she will be back in 30 minutes. She had my number so she knows that i Ask for contact, guess i suppose seat on the street in front of flat so she can see me, becasue she cant call with info that she was there.

  : The apartment was in good condition and in a great location.
  : In the description, it says that if guests check in after 6 pm, there is an extra fee of 600 uah. We started calling the host about 15 min before our arrival, but it said that the phone number iqas unavailable, which means the phone was off. We kept calling both the number that called us earlier in the day to confirm our booking and the number of an operator. The operator'a number wouldn't respond and the robot asked to wait, which we did, but after numerous attempts, they wouldn't connect me with the operator. We arrived 5 minutes before 6 and kept calling the host, but their phone was still off. We stood outside of the apartment exhausted from the trip for close to 30 min and after that, we went to a nearby cafe. We didn't know what to do because it felt like they stood us up. In about 10 min I got a call from an unknown number and the lady on the phone explained that her other phone had died and that she was on her way to the apartment and would be there in about 10 min. In 10 min when we still didn't get a call from her, we crossed the street and went to the apartment's address to see if she was there. Turned out she was there. She took us upstairs to unlock the apartment but then we found out that she had difficulty finding a key to this apartment. After looking for it for a long time, she said that she must have forgotten it. By that time it was already 7 pm. Then we had to wait for another's lady to bring the key. We realised that we would not have any time to rest before 8:30 pm (we had to be somewhere at that specific time). The other lady brought the key, they finally let us in. We asked if in exchange for us waiting for longer than an hour they would let us check out an hour or two hours later. Without any apology they said that it was impossible. They were not in the least apologetic and as hosts they were not welcoming and accommodating at all. They didn't behave the way someone in the hospitality industry should.
