A damage deposit of UAH 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment.

Please note that the apartment is located in a residential area, therefore parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited.

Violation of house rules may result in immediate departure without refunding the payment.
