  : Best quality for the best price in 2023 modern clean apartment.It was pleasant to stay here.
  : Check out should be 12:00 instead of 11am. (Could have filter water 1L atleast would be nice to have for guest who arrive after 10pm bec. all closed)

  : The apartment is a bit smaller than it looks like on the photos, but it's perfectly comfortable for 2 persons and it's very clean. It is located in a fresh house between the old ones, that's why it looks new, like the whole entrance. There is a small parking lot inside the courtyard, but there is no sight from the apartment and there are places only for 3-5 cars. Almost all necessary amenities are available. Especially pleased with the balcony :)
  : Quite noisy even with closed windows because of the road under the windows and close tram paths. There were noises from the heating system too. One night I had to turn off the heating to keep it quiet. There are also TVs "for the photos", since they work noticeably slowly and the screen resolution is from 2007. The TV in the kitchen is a different story altogether, but I didn't really need them, so it's okay.
