Traveller Type: Business Traveler
: Unique interior design concept and central location. Host allowed me to leave luggage earlier than check-in.
: 1. Apartment is actually very small, space is kind of tight and with very narrow stairs leading to 2 small loft bedrooms. Big safety concern as someone can easily trip and fall. 2. Lighting in the bathroom is barely visible. Very dark in there. 3. Toilet is very far from the bedroom and you have to come downstairs to use the toilet. Bad design. 4. Shower area is very dirty and has yellow stained on the walls. Not sure if its mold or mildew. 5. Kitchen counter is very tall if you are a petite person. Im 160CM but I can barely reach the sink. The sink is stained and chipped. Should be fixed with a coat of new paint. 6. Theres no desk or chair if you are a business traveler. You cant sit comfortably to use your laptop for work. 7. The loft bedroom from the white stairs is very tight and only fits in a round sized bed. Thats all. No other furniture can fit in. In the other loft bedroom from the black stairs, only one round-sized bedroom too and cant fit other furniture such as a desk or chair. 8. The entire apartment has very poor lighting and is not bright and airy. The pictures online are misleading. 9. Cleaning is done very roughly and rapidly. Its not a thorough job. I dont think its up to Covid hygiene standards. 10. Be warned! The host demanded immediate payment within 4 hours of booking and asked for insurance deposit of 1000UAH in cash. I have never heard of such made up rules. It sounds sketchy. 11. Door bells ring several times in the middle of the night by random people in the street. It is very loud and creepy.
