: It was my second stay in the hotel. Its perfectly designed, no problem with parking when comparing to other 5-stars hotels in Lviv. I reconsidered my position re the restaurant - its quite good; however, no choices for allergic.
: The hotel destroyed all positive emotions by problem with hot water. It was absent. I really dont understand a 5-star hotel, having relevant price, without hot water. Surely, if itd be a bombardment or something, then Id understand that, but there were absolutely no reason for this. Unfortunately, I must refuse to stay here in future.

: The ambiance here is rich and relaxing. The kitchen team produced very high quality meals. No problems operating in English. All staff spoke at least some English with the majority I spoke with being fluent with VERY little unnatural phrasing or pronunciation. Staffed professionalism and polished public service skills. Location and history of the property both added to the pleasant stay
: Main restaurant not open for evening meal. This fully understandable with far lower tourist number due to the current military security risks in Ukraine. Not a complaint just a slight disappointment due to factors outside the venues control.
