  : We have used it for very short stay. It was ok - bed, shower, coffee-machine, location in the city center.

  : Generally a good central location right next to the park. Fair price for the value. Hairdryer available.
  : We have requested and were approved an early check-in, however, when we arrived, the room wasn't ready. Moreover, the woman that was living before us wasn't even ready to check out even though it was waaaay past the checkout time, so it took her more than 1.5 hours to check out. The worst in this situation is that the staff wasn't even rushing her, and the woman at the reception behaved as if it was her first day working. Also, when we finally got into our room, it wasn't cleaned, and it took the cleaning lady another 1.5 hour to clean the bathroom and change the bed sheets while we were still there waiting and not being able to enjoy our stay. Still, the room wasn't very clean, had no proper windows, and no A/C. The room wasn't soundproof at all, even though the description claimed otherwise, so it was very noisy and hard to fall asleep. The bathroom was very dark with no toiletries provided. Everything felt pretty poorly done. Wouldn't recommend staying there :(

  : It is great located, just 10 min from main square. One of the ladies at the reception, she was really nice, friendly and very helpful, she could speak polish as well. Hostel provides with towels and hair dryer. If you need to leave your luggage cause of check in early or check out late you can do it at the reception for 50 UAH. There is little kitchen where you can make yourself a coffee or some breakfast.
  : They dont speak english at all, I sent emails and messages in english and I got replies in ucranian. They should have more control at night as one time guests were drinking and chatting loud at after midnight. I paid for a room with external private bathroom but bathroom and shower were used by other people as well.

  : If you want to sleep outside on a bench in park near in the freez then welcome to the Central park hotel. When I booked a room I left a message that I'm arriving at 9pm (coze of my flight). There was no corresponding from them. When I arrived to get my check-in I knocked the door, shortly someone opened the door and was shocked - no one maentioned about my booking, the owner didn't reply on messaging and there was no answer by the phone provided either. Well, welcome to Lviv, and have great admiring experience about the customer service in this city! Strictly avoid at all cost!

  : the walls are very thin and conversations next door can be a problem....the wifi was not working sometimes, at least for me

  : Perfect location. Very close to everything you want to do in Lviv
  : Cold rooms, we had to ask for an extra set of bed sheets. Paper thin walls. You can hear everything and can't sleep when someone comes back to the hotel at 3/4/5 am. Bed sheets have been dirty and we were told that there is currently no replacement.

  : the only thing positive about this establishment is the location. really central and very well connected.
  : the bed was dirty with stains. the walls are paper thin to the extent that we got awakened several times by phone alarms going off in the adjacent rooms. There is absolutely no shred of any privacy that is available. sleeping was a terrible experience. There are MUCH better places around lviv for a few hundred hrivniyas more than the rent of this place.
