: Not far away from city center, 20 minutes walk
: As we checked in we found several problems which made our staying as uncomfortable as it can be. Those problems include: 1. broken lock at the main door, 2. terribly leaking shower, 3. broken toilet seat, 4. dirty kitchenware, 5. someone's hair in the bathroom and the bedroom, 6. wardrobe was occupied with owner's stuff, so we really didn't have much space to put our own belongings, 7. grey instead of white towels, 8. old in very bad conditions pillows. We offered owner to leave apartment on the next day with receiving back compensation for the remaining days, but she refused and offered us to wait until she we called someone who would take care of described problems during our fully-paid stay. But I don't see why I should both pay and organize work of the plumber, cleaner in the property which for sure should be handled beforehand. All this is not what you are expecting from top priced apartment from my point of view Also apartment listed facilities which are actually absent, such as balcony, fireplace and designated smoking area. Apartment doesn't accept payment via Visa and MasterCard in spite of the fact that those methods are listed in the description. Owner asks to sent her prepayment via usual transfer money to her card and refused just to take prepayment via booking, which I also consider as violation of booking's rules
