  : Great kitchen with a 4 burner
  : They need to update there router, its an old one when you try to log in you get warning from your device thats an old security setting and its difficult to maintain a internet connection. Told the owners to buy a new router.

  : The location is nice, just a couple of minutes from the opera, and one of the best sushi places in Lviv is the neighbour.
  : I was not given the booked apartment, I was offered apartment due to "technically errors". Already then I noticed the communication was not good and I should have cancelled the whole booking. And since I was still on-the-go travelling I had to make a hasty decision and just accept the other apartment. The check-in was performed by the maid who did not speak English at all. The shower leaked through the built-in radio (!). I was scared I was going to get electrocuted. The water further leaked out on the floor. The shower drain did not work and the the old water was still there the next day. ( I simply had to take a shower then, and had to step into the old water.) The toilet seat was loose. Not a crucial thing, yet still something you expect to be OK for the money I paid. I reported everything about the bathroom to the owner. In the evening I was informed all was fixed by the "master". When I returned, the drain was indeed fixed. The leak through the radio was not fixed, and the floor rug that was very visibly wet, was still soaking wet from the previous leaks. You just had to wonder if they really care about the guest. The kitchen had ONLY the tools you see in the picture! 3 tea spoon, 2 spoons, 2 forks, and ... well, a knife. Oh, and a food shredder. After I had checked out, I noticed I had forgotten a cable for my battery pack. The communication we had to plan a hand over was very slow and confusing, and took 5 days to solve. I have many years of experience in renting apartments in Lviv. For what I paid, I did not at all get what I thought I would get. After check-out, they also cancelled my booking so I am not increasing my Booking.com-level.
