: The location is nice, just in front of beautiful park
: The place is absolutely Not kids friendly. No lift, extremely dirty corridors, staircase leading to the apartment covered with cobwebs, spiders (you need to carry kids and all belongings so they wont touch the walls...)Food or water delivery are not allowed to enter the building, you need to go out all the way to the gate outside the yard to collect your delivered things, as according to the owner this is private building and couriers cant enter... Even though the entrance door is always unlocked... and imagine, I need to leave my two kids at home and go out and carry heavy water bottles because of this strange rules...The owner constantly coming to the flat during our stay, trying to fix the tv we dont even need, then sending some other people to fix the tv, giving them keys from the property, where we have all our valuables. When we needed to go out I kindly informed the fixing guy, that we want to leave the apartment now. And he said: its ok, you can leave, I have the keys...We booked the place for 31 nights, thats why needed a cleaner once a week. Cleaner came when we were out, we came back 2,5h later, because its started to rain outdoors. She was still there, very angry, swearing at us, telling us that the place is messy: toys on the floor, sticky floor etc... She was swearing in front of my little children, repeating again and again how dirty is the place.After she finally left I received patronising message from the owner telling me to clean up the place during our stay. Which caused a confusion in my head: am I supposed to wash the floor before cleaner is coming? Is it not what Im paying for when booking apartment for a long stay?The owner said nothing about the rudeness of the cleaner, no apologies whatsoever, just blaming me, telling me I need to book a hotel if I want my place to be cleaned... She also told me that cleaner made lots of photos of our stuff...

: This apartment is a perfect place to stay with a baby.They even have a cot, if you ask to prepare it in advance. All rooms are warm, despite that we use radiators on a medium level. And you can use fireplace!
