  : Pros:+ Beautiful, specious apartment+ Some utensils for cooking+ Teapot and microwave and big refrigerator+ Located in a very comfortable spot for visiting any touristic attractions by foot
  : - Super loud from the outside and from neighbor rooms- not enough towels, only two for two people, no towel for hands/face- the mattress in our room had some hard carcass part, like metal which was really uncomfortable to sleep on- pillows are too soft which is not very comfortable for the neck- so far as we paid 1000 prior in case we break smth or leave apartment dirty, when we left they told us they'd return it after 9am, we contacted them around 2pm and only after that they returned our money- no shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, only soap for hands

  : Easy to find. Located in the heart of Rynok Square and near plenty of amenities, and transit. Newer apartment with all the basics... Stovetop, microwave, water pot, etc.
  : Not much to dislike other than lack of response to my contact through email and Booking.com about arrival time, and return of deposit the following morning.

  : High ceiling was good. The maids were calm and didnt do any stress
  : There was mold in the shower and electricity disruption suddenly has happened when only the upper light was turned on. The shelter downstairs was closed. There was no shower gel and no washing capsule. Super weird deposit rule and demand in the info paper inside the apartment to leave everything as it was am I supposed to do the laundry and iron the bedsheets? I just hoped I wasnt. The demand just sounds rude
