  : Location was good. Easy walk from the train station and city centre. Hotel staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Porter service was available to assist with luggage.
  : It was a very old building and the layout and room location was very odd. Lots of corridors and random rooms to go through to find your room. We had 3 rooms and all were very different. I know that many of these older buildings have limitations with how they can update them and this adds to their charm. It was advertised as having a lift however it was not really useful as you had to go up about 12 stairs (about half a floor) to get to the lift. The lift took us to the first floor but once exiting we had to walk through corridors and random rooms like a maze and them came to more stairs in order to get to our room. We found this difficult with luggage and gratefully used the porter service on check out. I am only mentioning this so people are aware in case stairs are an issue to them eg. elderly guests. Another issue for older people could be the VERY deep baths in some the bathrooms with the shower above them which could be difficult getting in and out of the shower. Luckily our room had a proper shower but the other 2 rooms did not.

  : Convenient to the waterfront and old town section of Luzern. The apartment was big enough for four of us that stayed there. The balcony off the front of the apartment was nice. Breakfast buffet included was good.
  : The bedrooms were small with barely enough room to fit luggage in while allowing space to walk. The biggest bedroom was accessed by walking through one of the bedrooms. I knew ahead of time that there was only one shower and one toilet but for three bedrooms, there should have been more. With the windows open, the street traffic made it noisy.

  : Wonderful location, adjacent to the St Leodegar Church with it's history. Easy walking to the main train station and opposite Lake Lucerne. Great views of Pilatus from the window and other views too. The breakfast was extremely good. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Very happy and would stay again.
  : Sofa's, chairs a bit dowdy.

  : Service at breakfast was excellent and the food selection was great. Coffee was very good compared to others. Room was spacious and had a nice large table to use.
  : Unable to open safe without a special key that we were not offered at checkin. Poor soundproofing.
