  : I liked everything about our stay. The location was beautiful, in the Old Town.. close to everything. The room was simple, but it had absolutely everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast was very nice too.We would come back here again ...if ever in Lucerne.
  : I can't really think of any fault with the hotelBut I hate the question that's posed...Is it good value for money ... as its all to do with the region, and what the cost is....and Switzerland is extremely expensive.

  : Great location. Close to the station, chappel bridge and restaurants. The neighbourhood is great. The staff was helpful.
  : Since the hotel is in a central location, it could be a bit noisy untill late night. We statyed in the hotel on a saturday night and they when Switzerland team own against Italy in Euro 2024. That could be the reason, as well.
