  : One of the four rooms was cancelled mid-day the day of arrival. No options or solutions offered. It was very difficult to gain access. Front door did not work; one of the rooms would not lock. Terrible experience.

  : Terribly managed, it honestly feels like a scam and Booking.com should remove from its listing. All it takes is looking up the Google reviewsIssues we had:- No access code to inside building door provided, so we had to wait for over 1h for them to reply to our messages and get the code- Room wasn't cleaned. We found dirty unmade bed, dirty dishes, NO towels nor shampoo/soap- The worst issue was that our room didn't lock!!! This was a security concern, since we could not leave the property and leave our luggage behind, so we ultimately took the decision to check-in some other place.I am demanding a refund. I understand the first couple issues, it happens and I was trying to be flexible. But the door not locking is just unnacceptable, as it a safety concern and one of the most basic things any accommodation should provide.

  : Hello, me and my partner had an issue with the booking made for Smartflats Luxembourg, for 30 sept-7 oct. On arrival date, the apartment door had an issue and couldn't be opened, neither their information sent by email to open the 2 front doors of the building did not work properly, and they only sent 2 of the 3 door codes. We have spent 2 hours trying to contact them, trying to call on the 3 contact numbers on which they could not be reached and when we finally found someone on their online app chat they said they have to cancel the booking without explanation, as they had this issue before and couldn't send anyone at the location to solve the issue on late Saturday. In the end they cancelled the booking and got a full refund but we spent 2 hours in the night to enter their flat and afterwarda had to book another room at a nearby hotel at 3 AM in the morning. Awful service and incomplete information!!!

  : It was the worst experience I've had in my entire life, I planned a trip and it turned into a nightmare. I got to the room and everything was torn apart, the bed was dirty, wet, trash all over the bathroom, it was disgusting, I had to go out to stay at a friend's house, by a miracle of God lived in Luxembourg, they charged me 500 euros and I paid without using the apartment because the reservation had no refund option, I had my dream turn into a disaster please see the images of the trash I found this apartment, they do this so that we give up on settling in and they keep our money, there was no bed linen, towels or dishes

  : Nice big room very comfy bed smart tv big bathroom for few days is perfect!
  : As all the reviews saying is very difficult to check in the locks with the code didn't work i need to wait 1hour to see whats the problem and at the end the gave me an emergency badge for a lockbox i had an important meeting and is bery stressful when you dont known when and if u manage to get into your apartment Also in my apartment my door didnt locked so this made me unsafe and everytime i leave the apartment i needed to take with me anything value The kitchen also doesn't work Fix the locks and your system please because the apartment by its own is good for short term stay!!

  : I was never able to get into the apartment so I cannot say if anything was good
  : This is the worst experience ever! Before my stay I received the codes to open the doors, however the lock to the apartment itself was broken. For 2.5 hours I tried to get help, finally I got to chat to someone, however the person was not able to help, could also not open the door and then simply stopped responding!!! I was left in the street at 8pm and had to look for another hotel (obviously very costly). At 3.30 am I received a reply, if I had managed to get into the apartment - NO I DID NOT!!!

  : Liked the design of the house, which was a modern one, specially the bathroom.
  : The first day, the code from the house didn't work. The support to help me with that was not fast at all.The code for the front door of the building wasn't working and literally no message was sent to warn me of that. So literally had 2 troubles on the first day. The mattress was soiled, the house wasn't well cleaned, a lot of dust on the tables.During my stay, the code to access my house stopped working (things stop working nothing wrong with that), but literally no fix was provided during the rest of stay.During that time that I needed to use a backup "key", one day I forgot the key inside the apartment once I left to work at 8AM, and contacted smartflats immediatly saying that exactly (AT 8AM). After a bit they answered that the problem would be fixed.Once I arrived to the apartment from work, since I had no answer during the rest of the day, I assumed that the problem was solved, but it wasn't. And I tried to contact them again, it took me 20 tries, both me and my parents back home.That nightNear the last day of my stay, I asked to checkout a bit later, and smartflats was ok with that, and it seemed that they didn't transmitted that to the cleaning crew. In the cleaning crew, there was a guy (Romanian probably or near to that, since I heard him talking every weekend he came to clean a room, or during my first week there), and he knocked on my door and said that I should've already left, since the checkout is until 11AM, and I said to him that I talked with smartflats and eveything was sorted and I could leave later. With that, he just said that it couldn't be like this, because he came to clean the room or otherwise I needed to pay him 20euros, WHICH FOR ME THAT IS BRIBERY. I just answered no, that will not happen and he insisted once more, to which I said no.After that, he just said ok, let me just get the towels and stuff like that, and I said ok, you can take the towels and he went his way.

  : I travelled around the world but this is definitely my worst experience, the code provided to me didn't opened the door, nobody answer for assistance by calling the number displayed. It was late and booking didn't allowed to do other reservation, I slept in the car.
