When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 30 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 0 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for € 0 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 15 years old stay for € 0 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
People 16 years old and over stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that guests are required to show the credit card the booking was made with, or an authorization form signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not travelling along. Otherwise the payment will not be accepted.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 25 per animal per night applies.

Please note that the maximum occupancy per room is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children including babies.

Guests staying with children are required to inform the hotel of the number of children and their age in the Special Requests Box.

The parking public rate is EUR 38.00 per 24 hrs. The privilege Novotel guest rate is EUR 30 from 12:00 to 12:00 hrs.
