  : The owner Sergei very helpful nice gentleman. He speaks english good but other stuff able to speak russian its because maybe local people use hostel more in ukraine. ts not away from centar of the City, there is a nice pizza place near, big spermarket very close to hostel too.

Disappointing

  : The owner is nice guy, the room was comfortable and clean.
  : It's pretty far from the city centre - it was rainy day, so I took a taxi (50 UAH from the centre). I stared ringing the door bell and calling the number provided, but no one showed up, and the phone was switched off. 15 min later the same taxi returned to pick up a passenger from the same address and an angry looking woman, who didn't speak neither English or Russian told me something which I understood by the intonation to be like "Get out of here!". I left, but the taxi found me on the road 5 min later, with an old lady passenger, who called someone and suddenly I had a room in the hostel! The owner told me it was closed, then charged me slightly more than the reservation (190 instead of 150). I didn't receive keys and when I returned from dinner had to spend 20 more minutes in front of the gate, waiting for them to return from somewhere (nobody picked up the phone). The hostel is a family house and when I tried to go to the bathroom, the angry woman started shouting and in a rude manner asked me to use another bathroom. In the morning there was no one to open the locked front door, so I waited until someone showed up, happier than ever to escape.
