WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 7 years old to 11 years old stay for £5 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Ashton House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist.
A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Late check in is possible for an additional fee of GBP 20, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

Please note the lead guest must be 23 years and older. You must show a valid photo ID upon check-in.

An electronically signed contract, agreeing to our terms and conditions is required before entry to the property.

Guests are advised that matching photo ID and payment card will be requested at check in.
